  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, basil or cilantro are substitutes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme/Italian seasoning

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Whisk to combine.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of Greek yogurt until a sticky dough forms, ensuring no dry flour remains.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a ball, about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Flatten each ball into a disc of about ¼ inch thickness.
  6. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and black pepper.
  7. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Brush each disc with the garlic oil mixture, ensuring even coating.
  9. Place the flatbreads in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.
