Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 cup Butter Melted
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans Toasted
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped cream For garnish
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the base.
  4. In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker base.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional chopped pecans.
