  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs For garnish.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the muffin tin.
  2. Unroll thawed puff pastry, cut into 12 squares, and press into muffin cups.
  3. Place a cube of brie in each cup and top with cranberry sauce. Optionally sprinkle with pecans.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes and garnish with rosemary before serving.
