Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease each cup of a mini muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the greased muffin cups, creating a cup shape.
  3. Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup, then add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top. Optionally, sprinkle chopped candied pecans over the sauce.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and the brie is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven, cool for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.

Notes
