Step-by-Step Instructions for Baked Egg Boats
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bread and hollow out insides, leaving a half-inch border. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook diced turkey bacon for 5-7 minutes until crisp. Add spinach and bell peppers, sautée for 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add milk or cream. Whisk until blended and season with salt and pepper. Ensure mixture is fluffy.
  4. Spoon the turkey bacon and veggie mixture into each bread boat, then pour the egg mixture until just below the rim. Top with cheese.
