- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Arrange the puff pastry in the greased dish.
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, thyme, and chives in a bowl.
- Fold in the shredded cheese, reserving some for topping.

- Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
