Step-by-Step Instructions for Baked Feta Potatoes
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly, then halve or quarter them depending on size.
  3. In a large baking dish, combine halved potatoes, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Nestle the block of feta cheese in the center of the mixture and drizzle extra olive oil over it.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and stir the soft feta into the potatoes and tomatoes to create a creamy sauce.
