Preparation Steps
  1. Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it hangs over the edges slightly.
  2. In a blender, combine 2 cups of mixed berries, plain yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it into an even layer, about half an inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining chopped berries and a generous layer of granola over the mixture, pressing them down gently.
  5. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let the mixture freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, lift the bark out using the parchment paper and break it into pieces.
  7. Store leftover pieces in an airtight container in the freezer, separated by parchment paper.
