Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry gently to smooth out any creases to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Spread the mixed berry preserves evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Brush with melted butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Slice the pastry into 8 equal strips, twist each strip several times to form spirals.
  5. Arrange the twisted pastries on the baking sheet, brush with the egg wash, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Once baked, cool the Berry Puff Twists on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving warm.
