- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 10x14 inches.
- Spread a layer of mixed berry preserves over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.

- Cut the pastry into 8 equal strips, twist each strip several times, and place on the baking sheet.
