Preparation Steps
  1. Blend the Base: Add rolled oats, thick yogurt, milk, fresh raspberries, maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Prepare a double boiler by placing a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Add dark chocolate and coconut oil, stirring occasionally for about 3-5 minutes until melted.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: In a jar or bowl, place a handful of fresh raspberries at the bottom, then pour the blended oat mixture over them.
  4. Drizzle with Chocolate: Once melted, drizzle the chocolate mixture over the blended oats.
  5. Chill and Set: Seal the jar and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to enhance the pudding-like consistency.
