Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine fresh blueberries over medium heat. Cook for 3–5 minutes, gently mashing the berries with a fork until they thicken into a syrup. Allow to cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps.
  3. Dollop the cooled blueberry syrup into the yogurt mixture in several spots and swirl gently with a toothpick to create a marbled effect.
  4. Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet or silicone molds. Scoop out bite-sized rounds of the yogurt mixture and place them evenly on the prepared surface.
  5. Carefully place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until set and firm. These bites will be a cool, satisfying snack.
  6. Transfer yogurt bites into an airtight container for storage. Enjoy frozen for up to 2 months.
