For Garnish and Serving

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking dish with parchment paper or olive oil.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish, leaving space between each.
  3. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese with Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the Boursin mixture over each salmon fillet evenly.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and registers 145°F (63°C).
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
