- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking dish with parchment paper or olive oil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish, leaving space between each.
- In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese with Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the Boursin mixture over each salmon fillet evenly.
