Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Cook the rigatoni until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
  3. In a medium baking dish, combine Boursin cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes until the cheese softens and tomatoes blister.
  5. Stir the roasted mixture and add heavy cream. Optionally mix in reserved pasta water.
  6. Combine the cooked rigatoni with the creamy mixture.
  7. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley or basil before serving.
