- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, drizzle olive oil over each fillet, and season with Cajun seasoning and salt.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side up in the skillet and sear for about 3 minutes until golden.
- Flip the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the skin crisps up and the salmon begins to flake.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, and simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Pour the honey butter sauce over the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, spooning sauce over the fillets.
- Once the salmon is cooked through, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges and sesame seeds as garnish.
