  • 4 quarts water
  • 1 can beer optional
  • ¼ cup Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning optional
  • 1 lemon for serving

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large stockpot, combine water, beer (if using), Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, and salt. Bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Add halved potatoes and corn cut into thirds. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add sliced andouille sausage and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Gently stir in peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp and snow crab clusters. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer cooked seafood and vegetables to a platter. Drizzle with garlic butter sauce and serve with lemon wedges and hard-boiled eggs.
