  • 150 ml Strong Coffee brewed and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder unsweetened for best intensity
For Structure
  • 100 grams Ladyfingers or alternative biscuits like Amaretti

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all ingredients: mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, strong and cooled coffee, cocoa powder, and ladyfingers.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and cooled coffee. Blend with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold gently into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Check the consistency of the mixture; if too loose, add a touch more powdered sugar.
  5. Spoon the Cappuccino Cream into dessert glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Dust each serving with cocoa powder, and optionally garnish with cinnamon or coffee beans.

Notes
