Preparation Steps
- Gather all ingredients: mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, strong and cooled coffee, cocoa powder, and ladyfingers.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and cooled coffee. Blend with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold gently into the mascarpone mixture.
- Check the consistency of the mixture; if too loose, add a touch more powdered sugar.
- Spoon the Cappuccino Cream into dessert glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Dust each serving with cocoa powder, and optionally garnish with cinnamon or coffee beans.
