  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles diced; capers or pickle juice can be alternatives
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded; swap for vegan cheese if desired
For the Special Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or vegan mayo for a dairy-free option
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup or sugar-free ketchup for a healthier choice
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard any type including yellow or Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder substitute with fresh minced garlic if desired
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar apple cider vinegar or lemon juice works well

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and vinegar. Whisk until creamy and well-blended.
  3. On a large serving plate, arrange a base of lettuce mix. Layer with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and dill pickles.
  4. Drizzle the special sauce over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients without damaging the lettuce.
  5. Garnish with fresh chives, crispy bacon bits, or sliced jalapeños. Serve immediately.
