Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended, then gradually add warm water and olive oil.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Roll the kneaded dough into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, cream cheese, mixed vegetables, parsley, and garlic powder.
  6. Spread the filling mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving an inch border on all sides, then roll tightly.
  7. Cut the rolled dough into 8 equal pieces and place on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Melt butter and brush it on top of each roll.
  9. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Once baked, allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
