- In a skillet over medium heat, melt unsalted butter until it starts to foam. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden, being careful not to burn.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Pour in half of the sautéed garlic butter mixture and season with salt and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out flour tortillas and divide the chicken mixture among the centers. Fold the sides inwards and roll the tortillas tightly, placing seams down on a plate.
- Heat the skillet again, adding a bit of remaining garlic butter. Once sizzling, place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Brush the tops with remaining garlic butter and allow to cook for an additional minute before removing from skillet.
- Transfer the wraps to a cutting board, slice diagonally, and serve warm with your favorite sides.
