- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of pitted cherries, ½ cup of water, and ½ cup of sugar or monk fruit. Heat over medium heat until it thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass container. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Fill a large glass with ice cubes and pour in your cooled cherry syrup.
- Froth ½ cup of vanilla almond milk and 2 tablespoons of vanilla almond creamer until foamy.
- Brew coffee and pour it over the ice and cherry syrup.
