Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with vegan butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash overripe bananas until smooth, then add melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth for the cinnamon swirl.
  6. Pour half the batter into the greased loaf pan, drizzle the cinnamon swirl mixture over it, and top with the remaining batter.
