Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar, and beat until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Then add vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this to the butter mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed Circus Animal Cookies and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  6. Spread the batter in the prepared baking dish and top with additional Circus Animal Cookies and sprinkles.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden on top. A toothpick inserted should come out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
