  • 1 cup Coconut Water substitute with coconut milk for a thicker texture
  • 2 tablespoons Hibiscus Syrup homemade can be made using dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice use fresh for best flavor
For Sweetening
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar optional, adjust to taste
For Serving
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes essential for serving
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Flakes can be substituted with shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 pieces Edible Hibiscus Flower Petals optional for garnishing

Equipment

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a shaker or mason jar, pour in the coconut water, hibiscus syrup, and lime juice. Add sugar if desired. Shake well for 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with coconut flakes and edible hibiscus petals.
