Preparation Steps
  1. Pour one cup of coconut milk, half a cup of fresh lemon juice, and a quarter cup of lavender syrup into a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until fully combined.
  2. Add two tablespoons of honey or agave nectar to the blender and blend for another 15 seconds to incorporate the sweetener.
  3. Pour in one to two cups of cold water based on your desired drink consistency and blend on medium for 20 seconds.
  4. Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl or pitcher and pour the blended mixture through to remove any pulp.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the strained lemonade over, garnishing with lemon slices and lavender sprigs before serving.
