Preparation Steps
- Pour one cup of coconut milk, half a cup of fresh lemon juice, and a quarter cup of lavender syrup into a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until fully combined.
- Add two tablespoons of honey or agave nectar to the blender and blend for another 15 seconds to incorporate the sweetener.
- Pour in one to two cups of cold water based on your desired drink consistency and blend on medium for 20 seconds.
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl or pitcher and pour the blended mixture through to remove any pulp.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the strained lemonade over, garnishing with lemon slices and lavender sprigs before serving.
