- In a blender, combine 1 cup of coconut milk, ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and ¼ cup of lavender syrup. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

- Gradually mix in 2 cups of cold water while swirling the blender gently. Blend on low for about 15 seconds.
