- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper and light greasing.
- Blend the full-fat cottage cheese, large eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning on high for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a thin, even rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden on top. Check for doneness by gently touching the surface.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the wraps cool completely on the tray.
