  1. In a large pitcher, pour in 750 ml of crisp white wine, followed by 2 cups of fresh apple cider, and ½ cup of brandy. Stir gently with a wooden spoon.
  2. Next, incorporate the sliced apples and orange into the pitcher along with 3 cinnamon sticks.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey, ensuring it dissolves completely.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  5. Gently stir in 1 cup of club soda or ginger ale right before serving.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes to keep the sangria extra chilled.
  7. Pour the sangria into each glass, including some of the floating fruit.
