  • 1 loaf Baguette Slice into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For brushing on baguette slices
For the Topping
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese Provides creamy richness
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme Chopped, for garnishing
Optional Drizzle
  • 1 tbsp Honey For drizzling on top

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet. Lightly brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Once baked and slightly cooled, remove the crostini from the oven. Place small pieces of Brie cheese on each toasted slice. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the Brie is melty.
  3. After the Brie has melted, spoon a generous dollop of cranberry sauce over each crostini.
  4. Finely chop fresh thyme and sprinkle over the cranberry sauce. Drizzle with honey if desired. Allow to sit briefly for flavors to meld.
  5. Carefully transfer the crostini to a serving platter and enjoy warm.
