Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine unsalted butter with granulated sugar and light brown sugar. Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg, grated orange zest, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and fine sea salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture while mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh cranberries and white chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Form dough into 1-inch balls and place them on prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
