  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour gluten-free flour can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt

  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries or dried cranberries soaked

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine unsalted butter with granulated sugar and light brown sugar. Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg, grated orange zest, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and fine sea salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture while mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the fresh cranberries and white chocolate chips with a spatula.
  6. Form dough into 1-inch balls and place them on prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
