Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half lengthwise. Press each piece into the mini muffin cups.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each dough-lined muffin cup, then add another teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
  5. Sprinkle optional garnishes if desired.
  6. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown, then let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
