Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook your chosen pasta according to package instructions for al dente texture, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta, shredded chicken, sliced banana peppers, and Alfredo sauce. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil. Pour the pasta mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle a generous layer of mozzarella cheese followed by Parmesan cheese over the pasta mixture.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly for about 5 minutes before serving.
