Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon and drain on a paper towel, leaving about 1 tablespoon of drippings in the skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the broccoli florets. Season generously with salt and pepper. Sauté for approximately 6 minutes until tender-crisp and vibrant green.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for an additional minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, softened cream cheese, chicken stock, half of the grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, and paprika. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Chop the crispy bacon and stir it back into the sauce. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
- Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. For an extra crispy finish, switch to broil for the last 2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
Using fresh garlic and vibrant broccoli florets ensures the best flavor and texture in the dish. Cook bacon just until crispy to prevent bitterness.
