Step‑By‑Step Instructions for Shrimp Crab Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles for about 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat, season, and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, a splash of cream, and parsley until smooth.
  5. Layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, seafood filling, and repeat, finishing with noodles and Alfredo on top.
  6. Top with mozzarella, parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 until golden brown.
  7. Let lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving and garnish with parsley.
