Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk of choice, and softened light cream cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. Crush graham crackers into small pieces and gently fold them into the oat mixture.
  4. Chop half of the strawberries, lightly mash them, then fold into the oat mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container or individual jars. Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight.
  6. The next morning, top with remaining fresh strawberries before serving.
