  • 2 cups Red Cabbage Can use more green cabbage if preferred.
  • 2 cups Carrots Grated for optimal integration.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Dice the onion into 1/8-inch pieces and set aside.
  2. Chop parsley finely and keep it nearby.

  4. Grate the carrots and mix with the cabbage.
