Preparation Steps
- Step 1: Soak Cashews - Begin by placing the raw cashews in a bowl and covering them with boiling water. Allow them to soak for about 15-20 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Step 2: Blend Ingredients - In a food processor, combine soaked cashews, nondairy milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Blend on high for 3-4 minutes until smooth.

- Step 4: Chill Cheese - Spoon the cheese mixture into a dish lined with plastic wrap, pack it down, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
