  • Air fryer

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Carrots
  1. Begin by washing and peeling the carrots. Cut them into even sticks by halving each carrot lengthwise, then slicing these halves into thirds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl with the seasoning mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray or lightly coat the basket with cooking oil.
  5. Place the seasoned carrot sticks in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 7 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for another 8 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
  6. Check after 15 minutes. If not done, air fry an additional 2-3 minutes until preferred doneness is achieved.
  7. Transfer the crispy air fryer carrots to a serving plate. Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm.
