- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create four fillets and pound them to an even thickness.
- Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture generously over each chicken fillet.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese then dredge each mayo-coated chicken fillet in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Carefully place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Flip the chicken halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh oregano or parsley.
