  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Acts as a binder
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
For the Crust
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano/Parsley Chopped

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  2. Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create four fillets and pound them to an even thickness.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture generously over each chicken fillet.
  5. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese then dredge each mayo-coated chicken fillet in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Carefully place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken halfway through cooking for even browning.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh oregano or parsley.
