Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef along with the taco seasoning. Stir frequently and cook until the beef is fully browned, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Wrap the corn tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave them for 1-2 minutes until warm and pliable.
- Lay the softened tortillas on a sheet of parchment paper. Lightly spray each tortilla with cooking oil. Add dairy-free cheese and spoon in the seasoned beef mixture. Fold each tortilla in half gently.
- Arrange the prepared tacos in a single layer within the air fryer basket. Spray with oil and cook for 8-9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- If using the oven, bake the tacos on a baking sheet at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, let the tacos cool for a minute and serve warm with toppings like shredded lettuce or pico de gallo.

Notes
Store leftover tacos in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to keep them crispy.
