Cooking Instructions
- Begin by thoroughly rinsing and drying your chicken wings with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine white pepper, garlic powder, Chinese 5 spice, and salt. Toss chicken wings in this spice mix.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking oil and cook for 10 minutes. Flip wings and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine light soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, butter, and gochujang paste. Bring to boil, then simmer for about 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Transfer crispy wings to a large bowl. Pour the sticky glaze over them and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Serve wings on a platter garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
Ensure wings are in a single layer for even cooking. Adjust spiciness by modifying gochujang amount. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
