Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels, ensuring they are completely moisture-free. Combine cornstarch, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and toss wings until evenly coated.
  2. For oven method, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange wings in a single layer and bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. For air fryer, preheat to 400°F (200°C). Cook wings in a single layer for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  4. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Simmer over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until the glaze thickens.
  5. Once wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the warm glaze over them, tossing gently until fully coated.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the glazed wings. Serve immediately on a platter.
