Preparation Steps

  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until fully combined.
  4. Dip the cauliflower florets in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mix.
  5. Lightly drizzle or brush the coated cauliflower with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  7. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl for dipping sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and enjoy!
