Preparation Steps
  1. Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender. Chop finely.
  2. Combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, eggs, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into 2-3 inch patties and place on parchment paper.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet and fry patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Alternatively, bake patties at 375°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
