Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the carrots finely and squeeze out excess moisture using a paper towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, beaten egg, flour, cumin, and grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
  4. Adjust the mixture with more flour if too wet, until manageable.
  5. Scoop out the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them gently into fritters.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes, flip, then bake for another 12 minutes until golden-brown and crispy.
  7. Mix hummus, yogurt, and lemon juice in a bowl for the dip.
  8. Serve warm fritters with the yogurt-hummus dip.
