Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, soy sauce, and water. Whisk until creamy.
  2. Flatten chicken thighs to ½-inch thickness. Season with salt.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, flour, salt, and a tablespoon of peanut butter sauce until smooth.
  4. Dip each chicken thigh into egg wash, then press into panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry coated chicken in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Slice fried chicken and drizzle with reserved peanut sauce. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
