Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the burrata balls dry with a paper towel to reduce moisture.
  2. Set up three bowls with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each burrata ball into the flour, then into the eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the burrata balls for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
