  1. Prepare the chicken by placing boneless, skinless chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap. Pound to a uniform thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the seasoned flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up a dredging station with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture combined with parsley and basil.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned flour, dip into the egg wash, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each cutlet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
