Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and melted butter. Mix until combined.
  4. Place the fish fillets on the baking sheet and evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture on top, pressing it down lightly.
  5. Bake the fish for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Let the fish rest for a couple of minutes, then optionally garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
