- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and melted butter. Mix until combined.
- Place the fish fillets on the baking sheet and evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture on top, pressing it down lightly.
- Bake the fish for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Let the fish rest for a couple of minutes, then optionally garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
