- Prepare the filling by grinding garlic, coriander roots, and black peppercorns into a paste. Sauté with dried shiitake mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ground chicken to the pan, cooking for 4-5 minutes until nearly cooked through. Then add vegetables, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until tender.
- Cut rice paper sheets in half. Soak each half briefly in warm water, layer them, fill with mixture, and seal edges to form dumplings.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry dumplings for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauces and garnish with fresh herbs.
