Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the filling by grinding garlic, coriander roots, and black peppercorns into a paste. Sauté with dried shiitake mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add ground chicken to the pan, cooking for 4-5 minutes until nearly cooked through. Then add vegetables, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until tender.
  3. Cut rice paper sheets in half. Soak each half briefly in warm water, layer them, fill with mixture, and seal edges to form dumplings.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry dumplings for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauces and garnish with fresh herbs.
